Institution: An established organization or foundation, especially one dedicated to education, public service, or culture.
Not bad in theory, but becomes a problem when the desires of the institution become primary to the needs people it is there to serve.
Then it is time to do something instead...

The Mountains
What good is a trip to Colorado without getting to spend some times in the mountains? You can't tell from the pictures, but this location was crowded! In fact, we were the last two cars that they let into the park until people started to leave.
